IVS is committed to providing quality products and service and has a goal of complete client satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal, we offer system installation and training, software support agreements, system enhancements, hardware depot maintenance, and RMA service.

Training
IVS provides full on-site installation and training for as many days as required. This includes classroom and/or field instruction on all aspects and functions of IVS provided software. Instruction is also available for custom software or host interfaces on how the software is programmed so customers can maintain their system in-house if they choose.

Software Technical Support
IVS offers Software Technical Support contracts that include telephone support. This service is available in customer determined blocks of time or on a time and materials basis. Most of our customers select a block of time they feel will meet their needs and enter into an annual contract.

On site maintenance is also available and is billed for each occurrence plus expenses.  For remote support, the customer must provide a connection via dedicated line or with an internet connection via  a secure VPN. 

IVS.Warehousing custom software warranty is 90 days and our custom software warranty is 180 days. However, IVS is obligated to ensure that the system provides all of the features as stated in the System Specification document and Users Guide.

RMA Service
For hardware purchased from IVS, we offer RMA service for equipment needing repair. This gives our customers one telephone number and one address for returning out-of-service data collection equipment. IVS will then route the equipment to the appropriate manufacturer’s depot center. Repaired equipment is then returned to our office so we can perform our own tests and load any required software. Equipment is returned to the customer once we determine that it is working properly. This service applies to equipment during the manufacturer’s warranty period as well as post-warranty.
