Syspro ERP Interface Summary

Integrated Visual Systems, Inc. has released a “queued real-time” interface module for SYSPRO ERP Version 6.0, Issue 9.0.  The interface utilizes SYSPRO e.net solutions, a component-based framework that provides a standard way of directly accessing the business functionality within the SYSPRO system while maintaining the software's built-in business rules and security.  Designed to facilitate integration of best of breed solutions, it provides the perfect tool to seamlessly link the two systems.

Now users of SYSPRO ERP systems can benefit from true warehouse management functionality.  Utilizing IVS.Warehousing to manage their inventory, companies can realize the benefit of real-time RF transaction validation while maintaining the integrity of their SYSPRO inventory and accounting database.  IVS.Warehousing users experience improved inventory accuracy, increased operator efficiency and improved facility management.

The interface was designed to fully automate the synchronization of data between the two applications.  All WMS transactions are supported including:

• Purchase order receiving

• Stock labeling

• Inspection

• Customer order processing

• Transfers

• Work order consumption and production

• Cycle count

• Adjustments

• Issues

• Return to stock

The SYSPRO interface module also automates the maintenance of all required WMS system tables.  SYSPRO acts as the “master” system and all database updates (i.e. new products, customer orders, purchase orders, etc.) are entered into and maintained in SYSPRO.  There is no operator maintenance required for the WMS system.

Included with the interface module are user-friendly GUI screens for error look-up and transaction re-submittal.  A date/time stamped transaction history and error log are maintained and the transaction history detail data is only a mouse click away.  Post-transaction processing can be configured as well as event driven email notification.
